The system behind a more
human client experience.

This is what Meridian looks like for the advisor: the materials, structure, and guidance that help client conversations feel more thoughtful, repeatable, and prepared.

A shorter plan doesn't solve the implementation gap.

Financial plans often fail not because the advice is wrong, but because the client was never fully oriented to it. The problem is not always motivation. It is structure, context, emotional readiness, and follow-through.

One advisor survey found that, within six months, only 30% of clients had implemented even 20% of their plan recommendations. Nearly one in five had done nothing at all.

The standard response is often to simplify the plan. But simplification only solves part of the problem. A plan can be clear on paper and still fail to become action. Clients need context, emotional orientation, trust, and a sense of what happens next.

Meridian is built for the space around the plan: the preparation before the meeting, the structure inside the conversation, and the follow-through afterward.

"Clients are more likely to follow a plan they helped shape, understand, and trust."

The research on implementation, behavioral finance, and cognitive neuroscience all point to the same place: the conversation that precedes the plan matters as much as the plan itself.

Three moments. One continuous experience.

Meridian addresses the first meeting as a system — before, during, and after — because trust isn't built in a single exchange. It accumulates across the whole arc of the experience.

Before the meeting

Client Orientation

When a prospect is scheduled, you send them their dedicated Meridian orientation link. It takes 30 seconds. For them, it's a 10-minute arrival experience — not a form, not an intake questionnaire, but a chance to notice what they're actually carrying before the conversation begins.

Three open prompts replace the checkbox questionnaire. Clients type in their own words. You receive signal — not just data. The difference shows up in the first five minutes of the meeting.

Each founding advisor receives a dedicated Meridian orientation link — a practice-specific entry point hosted and maintained by Meridian. The digital version is the primary experience; a printable PDF companion is available for clients who prefer paper.

During the meeting

Advisor-Led Meeting Framework

The Meridian Meeting Framework is a conversational guide, not a presentation deck. It gives the meeting a shape without scripting it. Built-in pacing cues remind you to slow down before the client has finished revealing what they came in carrying.

The core discipline: before asking a deepening question, pause and invite more. The toolkit is presence, brief reflection, and the two most useful words in the first meeting — anything else?

Members receive the full Meridian Delivery Guide — including the don't-over-steer principle, conversational language for key moments, and the meeting flow from opening to close. This is what lives behind the paywall.

After the meeting

Post-Meeting Recap

Most meeting recaps list what was discussed and what to do next. That's useful, but it misses the most important thing: whether the client felt heard. The Meridian recap is structured around what came into view — not just what was decided.

When a client receives a recap that reflects the texture of the conversation — the thing they said that surprised even them, the concern they had barely named — the relationship is already different. So is the follow-through.

Members receive post-meeting recap templates structured around four sections: What we heard · What came into view · What we'll keep in view · Your next clear step. Follow-up email templates are in development and will be released to founding members as they ship.

The orientation page is the public demonstration. What members receive goes substantially further: a complete system for the full arc of the client conversation, with direct input into what gets built next.

FOUNDER ACCESS

Direct Access

During the founding period, members have direct access for questions, feedback, and input into what gets built next.

Meridian works behind the scenes.
You're the face.

Every Meridian material can be configured with your practice name, logo, contact details, and brand-aligned language, so the experience feels native to your firm rather than like a third-party tool.

Light customization done right: enough to feel completely native to your practice, without a bespoke design project.
